Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Samantha leads client experience and commercial operations, shaping how every STS relationship begins and endures.
Her focus is the space between vision and execution — turning strategy into consistent, repeatable service on every flight.
She oversees the charter sales process, membership programs, and the standards that define the STS experience on the ground and in the air.
Her conviction is simple: private aviation should feel effortless for the client, no matter how much work it takes behind the scenes.
Co-Founder & President
A pilot with extensive international experience and more than 20 years building and running private aviation operations from the inside out.
Pedro leads day-to-day operations at STS — flight operations, dispatch, crew planning, and fleet deployment — with a focus on utilization, on-time performance, and disciplined cost control.
On the growth side, he drives business development: aircraft management mandates, acquisitions and sales, owner partnerships, and the commercial relationships that expand the fleet.
Before the U.S. expansion, he built one of the largest aircraft management and fractional ownership operations in his market — the same playbook now scaling Sky Travel Solutions with transparency and respect at its center.
