As a managed client, you have the option to place your aircraft on our FAA Part 135 charter certificate (AOC 57SA4600). When you're not flying, your aircraft generates charter revenue — offsetting fixed costs like hangar, insurance, crew, and maintenance.

How Billing Works
The Operating Fund Model
All Sky Travel management programs operate on an operating fund model. Rather than paying dozens of vendors individually, you fund a single operating account managed by our team. Every expense — fuel, maintenance, hangar, insurance, crew, catering — flows through this fund with full transparency.
During onboarding, we estimate your monthly operating costs based on your aircraft type, anticipated usage, and selected services. This estimate determines the initial operating fund deposit included in your tailored proposal.
You'll always have full visibility into fund balances and expenditures through your Client Portal — no surprises, no mark-ups, complete accountability.
